Is Goulet Pens an authorized retailer for all of the brands it offers?

Yes! We are an authorized retailer for all of our brands. We always purchase our products through the U.S. distributor for a brand (if one exists), or directly from the manufacturer otherwise.

One of our core values is to "Be Honest" and our mission statement includes "products we believe in" -- that means we stand behind everything we sell. All of our products are new and authentic from the manufacturer (with the exception of The Bottom Shelf, which may have some gently used items with a full disclaimer).

There will be times when the best way for us to serve you will be to send you to the manufacturer, but we will help however we can. 

What is TWSBI's warranty policy?

If you need to repair your damaged TWSBI fountain pen, please send an email to twsbiinc@gmail.com. TWSBI prefers that all warranty claims go directly through them. If you're unsuccessful in reaching out for any reason, please let us know and we'll help you out.

What is Visconti's warranty policy?

To get a repair or warranty claim with Visconti, we suggest contacting Coles of London, the US distributor for Visconti. They have a Visconti Repair form on their site under the Services tab.

We do not have Visconti parts available for repair.

Additional Visconti Warranty information:

Visconti pens are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects. Manufacturer’s defects do not include damage from everyday use, damage from improper use, or alterations caused by unauthorized repairs or manipulations to any part of the pen.

Guarantees will only be valid if you present a purchase receipt from a Visconti authorized dealer and your repair (Amazon and E-bay are not authorized dealers). If you need your receipt from Goulet, we can email you a copy.

What is Pilot's warranty policy?

Pilot guarantees all of its products*. If you are not satisfied with the performance of any Pilot product, return the product, postage paid, and we will replace it free of charge with a comparable product.

*Pilot Fine Writing and Namiki product purchases are covered by a separate warranty that is specific to those product lines. Please refer to the following product listing for your convenience.

What will void my warranty?

Damage due to misuse and/or accidents are not covered under warranty repairs. This can include but is not limited to falls, misuse, repairs not performed by the manufacturer, and any work performed by a privately contracted nibmeister are not covered under manufacturer warranties, or our 30 day return period. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to user damage.
