TACCIA Empress Maki-e Fountain Pen - Imperial Honeybee (Limited Edition)
This fall as the chrysanthemum flowers start to bloom, TACCIA is introducing another masterpiece, the Empress Imperial Honeybee Maki-e Limited Edition fountain pen.
This piece highlights the mastery of Taka Maki-e with such control and precision that you will be mesmerized by how the honeybees are floating above the golden honeycombs sparkling with Raden and Nashiji gold powder. The delicate way the honeybees' wings have been adorned from mother of pearl and the sparkle of Raden in their eyes are absolutely enchanting.
In Japan, honeybees are a symbol of diligence, prosperity, and wealth and the chrysanthemum flowers represent longevity and renewal. We hope this piece brings you all that it symbolizes and further enhances your collection.
TACCIA’s Empress Honeybee Maki-e LE fountain pen is limited to only 88 pens worldwide and is equipped with a magnificent two-tone 18K gold nib.
The pen fills with either a proprietary Sailor converter or Sailor ink cartridges; both are included.
