These have a great presentation, but to my surprise, they are not 100% fountain pen friendly, I initially bought these to use with a Pilot custom 823 with a medium nib, but this was to wet of a write, and it has a substantial amount of feathering, the only pens from my collection I'm able to use without feathering are either a Pilot custom 74 with extra fine nibs, or a Pilot metropolitan in a fine nib. Based on this, I'm not to sure I'd buy this specific set again.

Mission accomplished. I am sending notes on this stationary. I wanted the paper, envelope, ink and writing with the fountain pen all to convey care and appreciation. It works. I am about to order more. Although I am using the paper sheets faster than the envelopes. I like the quality!

Crown Mill has been my favorite stationary for years but it’s harder to come by these days as the art of letter writing fades. I was thrilled to find this company had it in stock! My paper arrived quickly and I could tell it was packed with care. I look forward to buying a fountain pen and ink from them soon!

It's lovely letter-writing paper and I write lots of letters

It's lovely paper to write on as are the envelopes. I enjoy writing to friends abroad and so am always looking to try nice stationary. Nice this certainly is.
