In Van Gogh’s painting, the prisoners move endlessly in a circular procession within an enclosed courtyard—a silent rhythm that speaks of isolation, reflection, and the complexity of the human spirit. The architecture of the towering walls and the haunting depth of the scene transform the physical space into a psychological landscape, where confinement exists alongside resilience.
Visconti translates this atmosphere into a writing instrument of remarkable character and collectability. This fountain pen features a stainless steel nib. A converter is included, and it also accepts standard international short cartridges. It comes packaged in a gift box with a reproduction of the painting, and a 30ml bottle of blue ink.
