This refill for the passport size Traveler's Notebook measures 8.9cm x 12.4cm (approximately 3.5in x 4.88in), and contains 40 sheets (80 pages) of lightweight white blank Tomoe River paper. The paper used for this refill is thin and light, so it goes perfectly well with the portable Passport Size. There is a perforation line in each of the pages, so it is possible to tear off the notes you write and hand it to somebody else.

Not fountain pen friendly.

The advertising for this notebook refill shows this notebook in the same photo as a fountain pen. Beware! Japanese ink (Pilot) on this Japanese Paper feathers and bleeds through to the other side of the page, making the backside of each page useless. But it is not done yet. The ink bleeds onto the following page of the notebook rendering it useless. The insert that came with the product warms me too late. It says it has "changed the MD paper to lightweight paper starting from March 2016." I guess my experience with this product was with the MD paper. That turned into a bait and switch for me. Goulet has been great offering FP friendly products. Should be a warning somewhere about this.

Excellent. Item was delivered quickly and was as advertised. Very nice quality.

I'm in love with this paper.

I love this paper so much, I don't want to use anything else now. Smooth as can be, no bleeding or feathering, it's like buttuh! Not only is it a dream to write on, but this is definitely the paper to use shining/shimming inks on like Robert Oster Fire & Ice or Diamine Night Sky if you want those inks to really shine, this is the way to go. I don't know how this paper can be so gorgeously thin and yet so resilient and strong. I think it must be magic.

Refills for Travelers Notebook Passport

Excellent and everything I wished for in paper made for Fountain Pen use. I would add that had T/N Ltd marketed this paper refill TOMOE RIVER rather than light weight it would have saved me purchasing a refill that was totally useless for both Fountain Pen and bottled ink. If you use Biro though this most likely will not be of concern for you , but it still remains that these are a far more superior paper if your using Fountain Pens as I do

I LOVE this paper! It takes fountain pen ink, water color, gel pen. Pretty much most other paper is ruined for me now!
