This silver replacement Conklin #6 fountain pen nib unit features a smooth writing German-made JoWo steel nib. Both the feed and housing are included.

It will fit into all Conklin pens that have a #6 nib, including the All American, Duragraph, Empire, Herringbone, and Nozac, as well as many Monteverde pens that use a #6 nib.

It does not utilize a JoWo housing, so it may not be compatible with other brands that normally accept a JoWo nib.

Good 'FINE' from Jowo #6. Easily swapped out my stub nib from my amber Conklin duragraph. Wasn't liking the stub and it was under utilized now it's part of my rotation of 5 fountain pens.

Jowo nibs are the worst

I have several pens with Jowo nibs and I will no longer buy any pen with a Jowo nib. This latest one I bought is a medium and it writes like an extra fine. Before I even installed it on my Conklin Duragraph I dip tested it. The result was I could hardly see the line and it was SOOOO scratchy that I felt it to be useless to even install it. I have two pens with medium nibs. One writes like a broad, another like a fine and now this one (that's being returned) writes like an extra fine. My next pen will be a LAMY 2000. Hopefully LAMY gets it strait.
