While The Goulet Pen Company is an internet-based company, we're also heavily invested in supporting the Richmond, Virginia area we call home. After a year of full-time service, every team member has up to 40 paid hours per year to volunteer with a non-profit organization they're inspired by.

Our entire company volunteers at Rise Against Hunger, packing meal kits to support their mission to distribute food and life-changing aid to the world’s most vulnerable. As a part of GPC's contribution to the community since 2019, we have purchased, packed, and donated over 18,000 meals to feed the hungry.

Celebrate! RVA is a non-profit organization with a simple mission: to give disadvantaged children a memorable birthday in a safe and fun environment. Margaret recently volunteered to help decorate for a group birthday party at a local elementary school.

Katie volunteered at the YMCA Kinder Camp summer program, a day camp that provides activities for children, ages 2-5 years old. Her favorite part? "The kids! There’s nothing quite like the feeling that you have made a difference in the life of a child. Singing funny camp songs and helping to spark creativity."

Jenn used service hours to spend 90 minutes at this nifty desk at her son’s middle school! She loves that she can use just a few hours of service time and doesn't have to find an entire day to set aside.
Additionally, we've partnered with FeedMore each year to donate canned food to the local community, made alphabet flash cards for preschoolers in low income neighborhoods through Love Letters for Literacy, donated blood through the American Red Cross, delivered diapers to families in need through Little Hands RVA, helped out at senior living facilities, made encouragement cards for cancer patients through Send a Smile Today, chaperoned school field trips, volunteered at Vacation Bible School, and so much more!
