Bottom Shelf: This pen has been gently used, but is otherwise in great shape. While every effort to clean these pens is made, as they are not brand new, you might see residual ink or water. All Bottom Shelf sales are final.

Visconti is delighted to announce the new 'Kaleido' collection, a colorful collaboration with USA resin manufacturer, Jonathon Brooks, of the 'Carolina Pen Company'.

Two spectacular but uniquely different resins were selected for their irresistible display of vibrant, shimmering colors: Unicorn Galaxy and Fire Opal. Both resins were selected for their color saturation and mystifying swirling. The Unicorn Galaxy has a spray of silver flecks spiraled in with the turquoise color along with some lavender purple highlights. It is complemented by palladium-plated trim and a 14k gold nib.

The resin for each pen was made by Jonathon in the USA, and then sent to Italy where it was hand turned at Visconti’s Florentine factory into their iconic 'Kaleido' pen model. A classic Visconti pen that is impeccably designed and weighted offering the perfect everyday writing experience.

Visconti goes further adding patented innovations that pen enthusiasts have to come to admire and appreciate from Visconti: the iconic 'Ponte Vecchio' bridge clip, Hook Safe Lock closure system, and Visconti’s high power vacuum filling system. Finally Visconti adds a newly detailed ring with a swirled ‘V’ logo design to accentuate the collection.

Each pen is individually numbered on the bottom of the barrel.

    FAQs about The Bottom Shelf

What does the Bottom Shelf mean?

The Bottom Shelf is for an item that cannot be sold as brand new. There will be detailed in each product description, but generally it means a product has been pre-owned and used in some fashion, or show slight signs of use or visual imperfections, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or dings. All items on the Bottom shelf will function as new.

Bottom Shelf items are not eligible for returns.

What if I have a problem with my Bottom Shelf item?

Since we have tested every used item before putting listing it online, Bottom Shelf items are not eligible for return. However, our Customer Care team will be happy to help you troubleshoot if needed.

Can I see what my actual item looks like before I purchase it?

We do not rephotograph items when listing them on the Bottom Shelf, but the product description should describe what, if any, differences you should expect from what is pictured.
