This navy blue metal Retro 51 Tornado rollerball pen is acid-etched and printed to recreate the iconic WWII fighter plane.
The legendary Vought F4U Corsair was one of the greatest American fighter aircrafts of all time. A carrier-based fighter-bomber, it was the premiere Navy and Marine fighter during the late World War II and the Korean War. The Corsair was the first American-made aircraft to reach 400 miles per hour in level flight. In addition to its huge propeller and distinctive bent-wing shape, the aircraft was also known for the peculiar sound it made at higher airspeed.
Each twist-action pen comes loaded with a black rollerball refill that flows with a medium stroke. It comes packaged in a matching tube.
