We ship all of our packages via USPS. Simply add the items you want into your cart, and you'll be given shipping options and prices. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

For orders to the U.S. and its territories, Priority Mail shipping starts at $5.95 and varies depending on your location. You can also add additional services such as insurance and signature confirmation. First-Class Mail is only available for lightweight packages (under 13oz including packaging) and may not be available if your total order weight exceeds the maximum allowed. We also offer Express Mail based on the total package weight if you're in a hurry. Delivery confirmation is included free in all packages, and we also offer signature confirmation and insurance as additional options.

For international orders, we offer USPS First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail. First-Class Mail is only available for lightweight packages (under 4lb including packaging) and may not be available if your total order weight exceeds the maximum allowed. Express Mail is the only option with full tracking outside the U.S. Please note that the receipient is responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes on the received products, regardless of shipping method. We do not mark packages as gifts nor falsify the value on the package, as this is against the law. Please refer to your country's regulations for additional information on customs.

Returns & Exchanges:

30-day Return Policy - any reason! We want you to be happy.

Please email us at orders@gouletpens.com to initiate a return. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of your package to be eligible for any kind of refund or exchange. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

Product must be in new, unused, and resellable condition, and in original packaging, in order to receive a full refund of the original purchase price. If you have used a pen and still want to return it, we will assess the condition upon receipt to determine if a full or partial credit is warranted. Please flush out the pen prior to shipping it back to us.

We are really sorry, but no refunds/exchanges will be issued for any used ink, notebooks, wax, etc. You may want to consider selling or trading your used items on forums like the Fountain Pen Network.

We also cannot accept returns for any of our Clearance or Bottom Shelf items.

For our U.S. customers:
If the item to be returned was damaged/defective upon receipt or if we sent the wrong item, we will refund or exchange it and send you a prepaid shipping label for the return. If returning the item for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping to our warehouse.

For our international customers:
Unfortunately, we cannot provide reimbursement for return shipping outside the U.S. If you have received a damaged/defective product, we will work with you to apply an appropriate refund or credit.
