Domestic US Shipping FAQ

How much is my shipping?

We offer FREE Economy Shipping on any order over $99. The $99 refers to the subtotal after any applied discounts and before sales tax. The purchase of gift cards do not count towards this minimum order total.

We also offer FREE Economy Shipping for all orders to APO/FPO addresses.

At this time, we are unable to ship any orders to Puerto Rico.

We cannot ship FedEx orders to a PO box address or to U.S. territories.

Economy Shipping: Tiered flat rates of $6.95-7.95 depending on shipping location. FREE for orders over $99. For Economy Shipping, we aim to pack and ship out your order within 3 business days.

(Faster) Standard Shipping: Tiered flat rates of $8.95-9.95 depending on shipping location. For orders over $99, you can upgrade your free Economy Shipping to this faster Standard Shipping method for only $1.95. For Standard Shipping, we aim to pack and ship out your order within 1 business day.

Please expect an extra day for processing during times of high volume, such as major holidays.

FedEx 2 Day: A flat rate of $15-17. FREE for orders over $1000 within the US.

FedEx Standard Overnight: A flat rate of $39; not available for AK or HI.

When will my order ship?

For Economy Shipping, we aim to pack and ship out your order within 3 business days.

For Standard Shipping, we aim to pack and ship out your order by the next business day.

Please expect an extra day for processing during times of high volume, such as major holidays.

If you select FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Standard Overnight and place your order by 12pm Eastern Time (Monday-Friday), we'll ship it that same business day. Please note that we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery for FedEx orders.

We cannot ship FedEx orders to a PO box address or to U.S. territories.

We ship five days a week, Monday through Friday. Sometimes our mail pickup comes in early afternoon, so tracking for orders shipped later that day may not update until the following business day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has shipped. Once you receive this email, we cannot change or cancel your order.  You can also sign in and click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to track the status of your order.

When will my order arrive?

Economy & Standard Shipping: Usually takes 2-4 days from the time the carrier picks it up from our building, but may be longer in times of high volume. Please see "Why hasn't my tracking updated?" for additional information.

Please expect an extra day for processing during times of high volume, such as major holidays.

FedEx 2 Day: Arrives in two business days after we ship it, by 4:30pm your time. For example, if you order by Monday morning, it will arrive to you on Wednesday afternoon. Please note that we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery for FedEx packages.

FedEx Standard Overnight: Arrives next business day after we ship it, by 3pm your time. Please note that we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery for FedEx packages.

We cannot ship FedEx orders to a PO box address or to U.S. territories.

Please select FedEx if you need a guaranteed delivery date or guaranteed tracking.

Why hasn't my tracking updated?

We have seen domestic packages take up to two weeks to arrive and tracking information is updated consistently. Your patience and understanding with tracking delays is greatly appreciated, and we’re doing everything we can to try to provide the best process possible with as much is within our control.

If it has been more than 10 days and tracking has not updated or your order has not shown up please email us at info@gouletpens.com. We will always take care of you!

Oops, I gave you an incorrect shipping address!

Please email us at info@gouletpens.com immediately if you realize that you gave us the wrong shipping address — if it hasn't shipped yet, we might be able to correct it before it goes out the door. 

If your order ships to the address provided and is returned to us as undeliverable, then you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping again to resend it to you. If you decide you do not want your order reshipped, we'll refund you for the products less the original shipping charges, once your order returns to our warehouse. We'll reach out to you to coordinate your options before re-shipping.

If your order ships to an incorrect address provided at the time the order is placed and is not retrievable, we are not responsible and cannot offer reimbursement.

What is the FedEx Delivery Manager and do I need it?

The FedEx Delivery Manager is an optional free service provided by FedEx that allows you greater control and visibility over your orders (not just from us, but for any vendor shipping to you via FedEx). You can communicate special needs for delivery (such changing the delivery address, holding for pickup, or providing delivery instructions) through the tool.
