Awesome Dark Black April 18, 2014

I put that ink in my Lamy 2000 and that has been the only ink in that pen since. It is an absolute black, no hint of anything else. Good flow, just perfect.

Excellent but takes some knowledge March 22, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from San Francisco
I've just burned though a second bottle of this ink and have really enjoyed it, but I can also see that it might not be for everyone.  As an art student I use this more for pen drawings and inking rather than writing, but here are a few things I've noticed.

-In heavy/wet lines (like those achieved from flex nibs), the ink can bleed even on good quality Clairefontaine papers.  Something to keep in mind depending on your usage.

-Like a true pigment ink, the ink sits on the paper rather than settling into the paper like dye-based inks might.  This leads to longer drying time and also a visible sheen to the ink, which can at times make it seem like it isn't as black as some dye inks.

-This is a truly waterproof ink.  For use with watercolors many of the "waterproof" dye based inks I've used do wash out a bit (I've noticed this even with Noodler's inks).  That can be nice for some applications, but if you do not want any of the ink to change your colors, this ink is truly inert.

The best waterproof ink March 18, 2014
Reviewer: Tom Lynch from Staten Island, NY United States
I love this ink. I use it in my work all the time. Just ordered five bottles. Works beautifully with a watercolor wash. It holds together great.

It is a bit pricey, but I think it's worth the extra cost.

It is a nanoparticle ink, doesn't require shaking the bottle. But try not to keep it in your pen too long if you're not using it. However, I've not had it clog a pen yet.

Try the cartridges first to see if you like it.

Sweet March 3, 2014
Reviewer: Justin Johnson from Vancouver, BC Canada
Amazing black, dries faster and harder than anything including Noodler's.  Haven't had any flow issues yet.

This one dries quickly and feeds well...good, velvety dense black, too...
