Unique Ink June 3, 2014
Reviewer: DS from Hermosa Beach, CA United States
Though it can be seen as a little plain, it is an excellent color and ink.  Though it is awesome to watch the color change when wet, there are few times I would expect my writing to be wet, so this nifty trick isn't too useful.

One of my favorites! April 23, 2014
Reviewer: Rebecca from Charleston, SC
Rome Burning was recommended to me by a friend, and when I first tested it out I hated everything about it, after using it on nice paper (Tomoe River) I fell in love. Rome Burning is a sort of ugly yet beautiful shade of green/gold, more green than gold. On most paper the ink isn't very well behaved. Even with an EF nib it's very wet and feathers terribly on even better (Rhodia) paper, and I use it exclusively on TR. I use this ink for my daily journal and always have a pen inked with it.

Beautiful ink, great properties...but... March 5, 2014
Reviewer: Ryan Gilbert from BELLEFONTAINE, OH United States
This ink is a beautiful color that has an absolute air of "time" about it.  Almost golden on good paper.  When let to dry, then gotten wet, it turns a beautiful lavender.

The ink is very, very poorly behaved on cheap paper and is very wet.  These are not really big issues, however, since this is primarily an "art ink" to me--it's a joy to use along with watercolor washes.

Magical February 3, 2014
Reviewer: Christian Skagen from Stokmarknes, Nordland Norway
This is a magical ink that on some papers looks like greenish gold. Aggresive on absorbant paper. I think it is best on pure white paper. Flat with little shading.
