Beautiful Blue May 11, 2013
Reviewer: dlyz from Malaysia
The colour of this ink is superb and pleasing. It is very wet and dries quickly. However, because it dries quickly, it tends to dry while im holding my pen even for 10 seconds and will only start after my 2nd stroke. It leaks into the cap of my Nib Creaper when i keep it horizontally on my desk. My Black Quink and Lamy Blue and Black does not leak into the cap. Using LE in a dry pen like Preppy is bad, skips a lot especially when u pause to think and its not smooth. LE is hard to clean out of the Preppy, I soaked mine in dish soap for 2 days to get all the blue out and there is some residue on the clear plastic nipple which i believe i can remove if i use a bit of bleach but i did not try. It also have some feathering on cheap paper. However, the colour is so nice i will try and find a pen that will go well with this ink.

A superior ink. April 27, 2013
Reviewer: Rick M. from Iowa City, IA United States
Liberty's Elysium is a wonderful, intense, pure blue ink.  There is no hint of violet, burgundy, blue-black,  teal, turquoise, or anything else.  In the Midwest we might call it a Norwegian Blue.  I have used the ink in a Vac 700 and an Ahab without any difficulties.  I have seen no feathering on Rhodia or Molesine paper, though it does bleed through the Moleskine (what doesn't?).  Highly recommended, and a great value.

Nice color, feathers on cheap paper. April 24, 2013

Bought this ink after reading a bunch of positive reviews. For me it feathers a little more than I anticipated, writing with an EF nib feels like an F or even a little larger. Nice color though.

Noodler's Liberty's Elysium April 18, 2013

I just got the TWSBI 580 and wanted something that would make a splash when i write.  The Noodler's Liberty's Elysium is a fairly bright blue that pops on the page of good paper.  I'm very happy with my choice!

Love This Color April 17, 2013
Reviewer: silverflute from Logan, UT United States
Liberty's Elysium is exactly what I wanted in a blue ink: smooth flow, not too dark, just a nice, honest American blue.  I have a full bottle of Noodler's, so this will be my ink for a long time to come.
