Wonderful pen. May 4, 2014
Reviewer: Stephen from Bronx, NY United States
I ordered this pen with the gold nib, and I'm quite pleased with it. Writes very well, with a smooth, defined line which is bold and somewhat wet for a medium nib, but that is to my liking.

The minimalist design is elegant, and the color with the propeller shaped chrome metal clip is very appealing. The only caveat is that the grip, also in chrome, is a bit slippery; when you get used to it however, it isn't a problem.

Overall, I can recommend it without reservation.

Lamy Studio Beautiful October 15, 2013

This was the first Studio that I purchased. The Goulet's make the experience delightful. Their knowledge of their products and their use is welcome.

Lamy Studio April 10, 2013
Reviewer: Roy Martens from Evanston , IL United States
Great pen and great service from y'all. Tell Brian who loves matching pen and ink color the 54tf Massachusetts Noodlers ink and grey Studio are a great match. The ink is also great in that it doesn't bleed on cheaper Moleskine paper.

Write on.

A very nice, very sturdy pen. January 9, 2012
Reviewer: james sanderson from vernon, NJ United States
I find this pen to be a bit heavier than the Lamy 2000. It feels very nice in the hand, and the premium I paid for the gold nib has resulted in a very satisfactory writting experience. I'm very pleased with this pen.  Anyone concerned about the weight should find the pen just fine unposted, but, even with the cap posted, it has a very nice balance.

Good looking, good value, fine writer July 4, 2011
Reviewer: Arthur Teitelbaum from Miami, FL United States
The Lamy Studio pen, with its three interchangeable nibs, is good looking and an excellent value.  To my surprise, I found the 1.1 steel nib more to my liking than he 14K nib.  Excellent flow using J. Herbin ink in my first trial, with good line variation coming from a nib which is not very flexible.  I anticipate this pen will be a real workhorse, comfortable in the hand and attractive to the eye.
