Prepay for as many months of an Ink Drop membership as you'd like! This is great for giving as a gift, or if you'd like to test the waters before diving into the ongoing membership. For only $10 per month (or $15 per month outside the U.S.), you will receive 5 fountain pen ink samples as well as access to a special club page with extra discounts and promotions.

Ink colors will be chosen by us (no substitutions), and each 2ml ink sample will come in an individually labeled plastic vial.

We'll vary the colors and brands each month - maybe we'll send our favorite burgundys/browns/oranges in the fall, a lovely set of pastels in the spring, the best bright reds for Valentine's Day, or vibrant Caribbean turquoise blues in the summer. Q. Will my coupons or discounts apply towards my gift membership?

A. Unfortunately we cannot honor any coupons or discounts off of the gift membership fee.

Q. When will my credit card be charged, and when does my gift recipient get their first samples?

A. We'll charge you within 24 hours of signing up and immediately grant you or your gift recipient access to the Ink Drop members only club so they can start taking advantage of the discounts. We'll send you a welcome email once we've enrolled you in the program.

If you purchase the membership during the first two weeks of the month (between the 1st and 14th), you or your gift recipient will receive that month's ink samples.

If you purchase the membership anytime on or after the 15th of the month, you or your gift recipient will begin receiving the ink samples starting the 1st of the next month.

Q. What are the membership options and how much does it cost?

A. We offer the prepaid membership in month durations at a cost of $10 per month for the U.S. and its territories; and $15 per month for all other countries. You can purchase 1 month, several months, or even a year or more - it's up to you.

Q. Is shipping included? How long does it take?

A. Yep, shipping is included in the membership fee. We'll send everything out via USPS first-class mail, so it should arrive to you or your gift recipient within a few days (or up to several weeks outside the U.S.). Please place ONE order per shipping address.

Q. I'm giving this as a gift. Why do you need my gift recipient's email address?

A. This is how they'll get access to the special 'members only' section of the Ink Drop. We'll send them an email giving them instructions as soon as we enter them into the system. Then they just need to be logged in to GouletPens.com to access the Ink Drop. We'll give them access to the Ink Drop and all the extra perks within 24 hours of signing up. They can find all the discounted full bottles of ink and other specially priced items at the Ink Drop.

Q. Can I choose or swap out the ink sample colors?

A. No, the Ink Drop ink sample packages will be mailed as is, no substitutions. It would be a logistical nightmare for us to make substitutions. If you don't like or already have the color, you can always give it to a friend or exchange it with another inkophile. The Fountain Pen Network may be a good place to find people willing to trade!

Q. What happens if I want to purchase more than one membership?

A. You can purchase as many memberships as you'd like, though we're only going to be sending out 5 colors each month. Purchasing multiple memberships means they will be getting multiple samples of the same 5 colors. If you'd like to purchase additional memberships, you'll need to place separate orders. We can only mail to one address per order.

Q. If I'm placing another order through GouletPens.com, can I combine it with the samples to save on shipping?

A. No. We prepare the Ink Drop in a big batch process, and the logistics of trying to combine orders are too overwhelming for us.
