Switched from Moleskine |

I had a Moleskine pocket notebook for months that I used all the time. During a rain storm it got ruined and I switched to a standard issue Army green book for all of my notes. I purchased this Dot Grid Webbie on a whim and I really like it. The paper is premium quality and lets your nib write to its true size without feathering or bleeding. I've only had it for a couple weeks so it is still very stiff and a little hard to write in but hopefully it will break in. The Dot Grid is unique and versatile, fun to write in. Great customer service and fast shipping.

This is my second year with the Rhodia Webnotebook and I can't live without it. Great size to pack in your pocket, a ribbon to keep your page, a back pocket, and elastic closure. This notebook is one of a kind as is Goulet Pens. Can't wait to shop here again.

Rhodia Webbie, small dot grid |

This little webbie is great for quick notes on the go. The dotted grid is an easy to use and very comfortable. One can follow the guidelines for "straight" writing while the dots do not steal the ink show! They, however, do not stay open flat, and are small. The paper, on the other hand is buttery and excellent. I love it.

Bought this as an intro into Webbies. Very well made, screams quality. As a former Moleskine user, I can say that I now prefer these little books. The glue that binds the signatures to the spine is VERY thick, much thicker than any book I've ever used before. The ribbon lies flatter than a Moleskine ribbon, and the elastic closure seems to have more snap to it. The pocket was very moleskine like, though colored black to match the inside cover and the paper for the pocket is much thicker than a moleskine. Covers are thicker and have a nicer feel than moleskines, and I also didn't see any of the bowing of the book I see on many moleskines. Very pleased.
One downside I noticed on mine was the dots were not parallel to the edges of the paper. While it doesn't bother me too much, it is a factor to consider.
All in all, very pleased with this little book. Certainly will order again, maybe even get the larger sizes as well.

These Rhodia notebooks are of high quality and very fountain pen friendly. I just wish that they didn't have black inner cover liners, makes it impossible to write your name in the notebook.
