Shipping policy
Shipping Policy:
We ship five days a week, Monday through Friday. Tracking for orders shipped late afternoon may not update until the following business day. Please allow an extra day for processing during busy seasons. Shipping times may be extended due to high volume.
We offer FREE Economy Shipping on any Domestic order over $99. Economy and Standard shipping do not differ in shipping speed, but rather when they leave the warehouse.
Please select FedEx if you need a guaranteed delivery date or guaranteed tracking within the US. We also cannot ship FedEx orders to a P.O. box address or to U.S. territories.
For Standard International orders, we ship using DHL eCommerce. Final delivery may be handled by DHL or local couriers; this can vary depending on your location. We do not have a comprehensive list of delivery practices for each country. This option does not have reliable tracking. If you have concerns about the shipping carrier, we recommend selecting FedEx instead.
General Information
We cannot ship a FedEx order to a P.O. Box address.
Please note that we have a minimum order threshold of USD $200 (subtotal after discounts and before shipping) for all orders to the United Kingdom.
All of our shipping rates are a flat price and will depend on your country. These rates do not include customs fees and taxes that the importing country requires.
You are responsible for paying any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by your country upon delivery. We do not cover these charges. If customs fees are not paid, your package may be returned to us or destroyed by the carrier.
If a forwarding service is used, once an order is marked as delivered to the forwarding service address, we are no longer responsible for any loss or damage. Responsibility for any issues from that point forward lies with the forwarding company.
If your package is returned to us, we will offer a refund of your order minus the original shipping cost and any associated return shipping fees. We will contact you if your package is returned to discuss your specific options.
You'll get an email with tracking info once your order ships. After this, changes or cancellations aren't possible. You can track your order status on our website under My Account.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Prices
Economy (USPS/DHL + USPS): $7.95, free on orders $99+.
Standard: $9.95, or $1.95 upgrade if your order already qualifies for free Economy.
FedEx 2-Day: $15.95–$17.95, depending on order size. Same speed as Overnight if placed before 11 am ET.
FedEx Standard Overnight: $39.00, weekday delivery only.
Notes:
Alaska/Hawaii add $1 surcharge.
PO Boxes/APO/FPO: Eligible for free Economy.
FedEx doesn’t deliver on weekends/holidays.
International Shipping
Please note these rates do not include customs fees and/or taxes required by the importing country.
Standard International: $12-$22 flat rate depending on your location, available for orders up to $750 in value.
FedEx International Priority: $36-$48 flat rate depending on your location. Our most expedited shipping option.
FedEx International Economy: $28-$42 flat rate depending on your location. This is also an expedited shipping option, though not as fast as International Priority.
If you choose a FedEx Option, they will take care of clearing your order through customs to reduce transit times. At the time of delivery, you will be presented with a bill from them to pay these fees. Please refer to the FedEx International Duties and Taxes website for additional information.
Not all shipping methods are available in all countries. If you don't see a shipping method at checkout, then unfortunately, we cannot ship to that country.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships. Please refer to the tracking email we sent for more up-to-date tracking information.
If you are using the Shop App, tracking might not update regularly. We send an email with tracking information that is usually more accurate.
Domestic Economy/Standard: USPS scans may take 24–48 hours to update. Limited tracking.
International Standard: Tracking is limited, often no tracking once turned over to the host country.
FedEx: Full tracking end-to-end.
When Will My Order Ship?
Economy Shipping orders ship on the 3rd business day after being placed. Standard Shipping orders ship the next business day. Times of high volume might see an additional delay.
FedEx orders ship the same day if the order is placed before 11 am Eastern Time. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the next business day.
International Shipping orders will ship within 3 business days, regardless of the shipping method selected.
