Love it. And it's unique July 3, 2014
Reviewer: Deb Carem from Sonoma, CA United States
Originally meant as a gift, I became snarky and kept it for myself. Since I took control of it a week ago, I cannot address too many of its characteristics but it flows smoothly and attracts attention for its interesting use of a cartridge. If it continues to attract men, I am buying a case of them.

Functional July 1, 2014
Reviewer: Akin Budi from Copenhagen, Denmark
They are nowhere near as good as fountain pens in terms of writing experience. However, they do allow the use of fountain pen inks whenever it is impractical to use a fountain pen.

Everything from these folks is prompt and astutely executed and personalized and nobody seems ashamed of wallowing in highly cooperative pigmented dork-dom. Writers of the World Unite.

A major disappointment !!! June 22, 2014
Reviewer: Eran Bilbool from Jerusalem, Jerusalem Israel
I thought this combination is a brilliant idea, but in reality there is too much to improve..

I won't be exaggerating if i'd say that they are infinitely inferior in quality to any other pilot cheap rollerball that I have used!

1) When writing fast, and even on a normal pace they tend to skip - which is really unusual for a rollerball.

2) They won't write out of the box in any angle and any direction - which misses the whole point of using a rollerball. eh?
it takes some time to tame them to write..

having purchased a couple of the J.herbin refillable rollerball, I think i can tell that this is not the case of one faulty pen - just bad engineering.

If you are interested in these "hybrid pens" Genre, I'd recommend the Noodlers nib creaper.

Excellent little pen May 29, 2014
Reviewer: Stavros El. from Larnaca, Cyprus
Better than expected for 11 dollar pen. It writes nicely and it can be loaded with any color/ make of ink.
My daughter (7yo, getting into fountain pens herself!) took it off me as soon as she laid eyes on it, so I guess I have to get me another one ( maybe 2- to load different ink colors)
