How do I purchase a gift card?

Gift certificates are perfect presents for fountain pen enthusiasts. You can purchase gift certificates directly from our site by clicking the "Gift Card" link in our footer, or by hovering over the "Specials" button in our top navigation bar and clicking "Gift Cards". A separate email with your gift card code will be delivered shortly after completing checkout.

How do I send a gift card to someone else?

Our gift cards are digital, so once the Gift Card code has been emailed to you, you can forward it along to the recipient at your convenience!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Can I make a special request about my order?

We will try to honor special requests as we are able, but we cannot guarantee that we will see and be able to honor your request before it ships. We recommend that you contact us at prior to placing an order if you have questions about how we might be able to help you with out of the ordinary requests!

When should I order for holiday shipping?

Now! In all seriousness, we’re anticipating a crazy holiday season again this year. Because of stock limitations, continued worldwide shipping delays, labor shortages, and the busyness of the holiday season, we encourage you to get your holiday shopping done early. Please place your holiday orders by the following deadlines:

Friday, December 3rd for Standard Shipping

Monday, December 20th for FedEx 2Day

Tuesday, December 21st for FedEx Standard Overnight

Please note our office will be closed on Thursday November 25th for Thanksgiving, and Friday December 24th through Monday December 27th for the Christmas holiday.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Sign In to your account, and click the My Account link at the top of our site. From there you can view details about your order status. You'll also receive an email from us when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

Keep in mind, not all shipping methods have full tracking. All domestic (U.S.) orders include full delivery confirmation. For international orders, tracking will depend on the shipping method - Standard shipping usually only tracks within the U.S., while USPS Express Mail and FedEx have full tracking capabilities. 

Oops! Can I change my order?

Unfortunately we cannot make any type of changes to an order once the order has been submitted- even if the status says pending. If you would like us to cancel your order, please email us at with your order number and ask us to cancel it so we don’t send it out to you accidentally.

Please do not submit a return request if your order has not shipped, as that will not cause your order to be cancelled.
