Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hunter Green Eternal I've been using this off and on for a while, and it is really a great ink. I'm not sure if hunter green is exactly the right color description (seems a tad light for that, but it's all subjective). What impresses me about the stuff is that it is extremely well behaved. I use it for grading mostly (in a Lamy fine nib) and it doesn't really belled or feather across a wide variety of cheap paper. It is definitely waterproof as well. Can't speak to it's resistance to bleach, acid, cat pee, nuclear weapons, etc, but it should be pretty permanent. Only gripe is that it is 3x as expensive as the other Noodler's, since you only get an ounce.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I enjoy it. I use it in my journal for a change of color. I rotate colors actually. I was wondering about it's water fastness so I wrote on a piece of paper and tried washing the ink out of the page using the sprayer. I literally started washing the paper away after a while, and the ink was still perfectly visible. At the very start, there was a tiny bit of bleed, but very legible after 2 minutes of washing. It seems to bleed a bit into the paper. Better paper might make a difference. It is a bright green on white paper though. In my journal it's a bit darker. I don't enjoy it so much on white paper. No trouble feeding through my pens. Noodlers Ahab. Lamy Safari.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Auditors dream The first time I touched this ink to paper I thought - oh, that's a bit darker than I expected - but as it dries it becomes that "cammo" shade of green that really stands out on a page - ideal for audit work. Actually its now one of my favoured characteristic - it writes dark (easier to write in low light) and dries lighter (stands out more on a page with blacks and blues). It is a rather wet ink, and it does flare a bit on low quality paper like copier paper - but with a Fine nib its not as visible. On Rhoda it's ultra smooth, flares slightly on flexing. A bit pricy, and you do need to shake the bottle before inkling the pen - but overall so good that I will continue to buy this ink for my green pen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Was Looking for a Christmas Green... ... that was also waterproof for addressing Christmas cards. Since this is one of the Eternal Series inks, I was hoping the color would be a nice Christmasy green. Yes. It is just what Santa was looking for! While it's not a color I have a lot of use for, it's definitely something I will keep on hand for those times that the color fits.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good ink with slightly variable results I bought Noodler's Hunter and Luxury Blue at the same time. I had never used a fluorescent ink before and was very interested in how they would look. As designed, they give variable results depending on where you are viewing the ink. The brighter and more natural the light, the lighter and brighter the ink appears. In my experience with this ink, it's lighter than the swab featured on the site, even in low light. This ink probably won't be a primary writing ink for me. It's really good as adding notes to margins around my main writing. It doesn't leap out like most reds but still stands out enough to catch my eye.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Interesting Green Ink The ink lays down a brightish leaf green, but after a day it has fully dries out and has becomed a nice hunter green. The more yellowish portion can run when wettened, but the hunter remains intact.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Long Dry Time I LOVE this color but HATE the dry time. I got this to replace the Private Reserve Sherwood Green Fast Dry but not too sure if I would commit to a full bottle.. Get a few sample vials before committing to a full bottle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hunter Green This is a great looking green. It is both bullet proof and eternal, although it does bleed a little when made wet, but this does not affect the legibility of the writing. On lower quality paper this ink is prone to bleed through and feathering. However, it does look quite nice on 90g/m2 paper.
