Monteverde Limonada Fountain Pen - Roma Gold, Medium is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from First choice for a on the run pen. I really enjoy this pen, the light weight-snap cap makes it easy for quick notes. The fact that it comes with a cartridge converter is a nice plus, and is a reliable pen at an affordable price. If I'm on the move I don't hesitate to figure out what pen to grab and will more then likely always grab my Limonada. If I loose it on an adventure, I won't be loosing a small fortune and can always order another one with it's price tag and still have a few bucks till pay day. Over all I can describe the Monteverde Limonada as a solid well rounded pen, writes as smooth as it looks and is comfortable with the cap posted or not posted. I'm very happy to have this pen in my collection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unique shape, easy to use. I've had my Limonada for about 6 months now and it is in regular rotation in my collection. It's on the smaller side in terms of diameter, which is perfect for my needs. The grip is comfortable. The silver accents w/ gold tone body is attractive and thus far I haven't seen any flaking or scratching of the surface. No ink flow problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful! I bought this pen as a first fountain pen, attracted to the soft gold color. I was not disappointed. It writes well, using both a standard cartridge and the converter. It has a good weight behind it, which is perfect because I like to feel the pen in my hand. It has flat sides which helps it from rolling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Pen This pen is just beautiful. It looks great, is a little different in that the barrel is squared rather than perfectly round, and is just a classy looking pen. It writes beautifully...I am very pleased with it. I was using it the other day at work, and my client commented on how nice of a pen it is!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Pen I had two Pilot Metros which I really like and still use them. I was fascinated by the sleek and classy looks of the Limonada, any of the colors. I journal with a brown ink, (Diamine Ochre) in my Moleskin journal, which had a cream color, so I chose the gold color. The nib is a medium and writes a bit wider line than the Metros medium nib which is what I was looking for.Would like the option to buy this with a fine nib. I used the Nib Nook to compare the pens and found they are pretty accurate. At first it seemed to be scratchy, even making a scratchy noise as I wrote. I made some adjustments on the nib and and I'm satisfied with it. I write with it unposted rather than posted. Just feels more comfortable. I also write with my Metros unposted. It is a thin pen but the contoured grip section is comfortable. As I mentioned, I use the pen to journal, writing for an hour at a time. It is not fatiguing and quite enjoyable. If I did not already have the two Pilot Metros I would be tempted to add a black one with black ink and a blue one with blue ink. :-)
