Lamy Vista Fountain Pen - Extra-Fine is rated 4.8824 out of 5 by 17.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lamy Vista EF Nib - Excellent Fun & interesting to look at. A reliable, everyday workhorse that is great value, durable and easy to look after. User replaceable nibs should you decide to try various sizes or accidentally damage your own nib. Bought the EF with Z26 converter - to me the silver and black converter looks better and blends in with the rest of the pen. EF could be finer but still very comfortable for me to write with and I write very small. Very very smooth given the price point - just the weight of the pen produces a very nice consistent line - and it is not a heavy pen. Effortless writing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall satisfying I bought this pen about a month ago and I use it everyday as a student. I have found that it is the only pen I use at school now and I am looking at buying other pens. One thing that I noticed was, once you stop writing for a while the pen won't write. It's not a big problem, all I do is just scribble a little and the ink flow is back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enjoy this pen a lot I loooove the demonstrator look. I purchased the Vista with a Z26 converter (black-tipped rather than the red-tipped Z24) which works great and looks even better! It's a real eye catcher. Not to mention it writes pretty well. Given that it is an extra-fine, there is some feedback, but for what it is, it's quite smooth, and it will continue to smoothen as I write. I only got the pen recently so it has plenty of time. I never found the triangular grip uncomfortable. I think my only gripe with this pen is that the plastic feels a bit flimsy and I already see a teeny tiny crack on my grip section.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great starter pen Bought this pen a couple of weeks ago to replace a platinum preppy that was my first fountain pen. I chose the Vista over the Safari because I like the demonstrater look. My first thought on the pen was that the nib was considerably smoother than the preppy, obviously comparing a $30 pen to a $4 pen. I inked up the pen with noodlers air corp blue-black and it wrote with no problems right out of the box. With a couple of weeks use on the pen. I have noticed fine scratches and marks along the barrel and cap. This pen has become my daily writer and is frequently being taken out of and put back into my back pack. I will say that this pen is a fingerprint magnet. I can't seem to keep it clean for more than a minute. I did noticed a fair bit of nib creep with the noodlers ink, but when I tried the pen with the supplied blue Lamy cartridge the issue was resolved. I cannot contribute to how wet I think this pen writes compared to others as my fountain pen experience is limited.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vista with EF nib beautiful pen, very smooth on Tomoe River paper, with no grab or sticking, I am using this plus my Lamy Safari for daily journal writing -- outstanding value and performance, love the clear barrel for easy ink colour id, very comfortable to hold and write for long periods of time -- I like the angled grip and size

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lamy Vista fountain pen I'm very happy with my Lamy Vista fountain pen. Your service was outstanding, packaging was excellent, and a hand written note as well. Only negative was somewhat slow USPS service. Thank you very much. I expect to become a regular Goulet Pen shopper. Warm regards, Jim

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect entry level pen I was looking to make the jump to a fountain pen and didn't wasn't to spend a ton of money until I know more abut what I like and don't like. So far this pen fists the bill lightweight, easy to use and I had no issues filling the converters.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really nice pen I've been experimenting with different pens. I have a lot of Kawecos and am very happy to add Lamy to the collection. I have Lamy Safari and Vista and enjoy them both.
