Diamine Blaze Orange (80ml Bottled Ink) is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Orange I don't typically care for orange as an every day writing color, but this one would work very well. I've actually used it a few times during note taking. Just a note, it's in no way waterproof. I tested it and it pretty much washed off the page with no trace of it ever being there. Of all the Diamine inks I've tried, none of them have been remotely waterproof, but this one is the worst. Put this in a brush pen and it's probably a great washable marker for the kids!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Orange A very nice orange. As others have written, I would not want to read too much with this, but it is good for adding a decorative touch to your letters. It flows very smoothly, which is nice if you like we inks. Unfortunately, that also means I just get a dark orange when flex writing. I get some shading when writing normally, though, and expect I will get some lovely shading when I put it in my italic stub. Overall, a good ink for addressing letters or writing salutations in the fall.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Diamine Blaze Orange Decent Ink Tested in Pilot Stargazer, medium nib, Pilot Parallels 2.4 and 3.8mm. I Like the colour, it is the perfect shade for sketching Arizona sunsets. It is a definite orange and shades well, but can still be read easily. It feeds well, does not stain, very little feathering. It does not lubricate the nib so well as does the Diamine Grey, I do feel some drag. Otherwise very nice, and definitely good enough for a special purpose ink.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Standard Issue Orange I chose to get a "Surprise Me" ink sample with my last order and [sarcastically] to my delight, I was overjoyed to find this gem in my parcel. Next to pink inks, I really dislike orange inks; in fact this is the epitome of the ubiquitous (according to me) orange ink. My personal bias aside, this is not a bad ink. Like the title of my review states, it is your standard issue orange ink: not too light, not too dark. It has good shading and dries quickly but writes nice and wet. Try this with a flex nib and I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the varying effects you can achieve. 3 out of 5 stars for Diamine Blaze Orange.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enjoyable Orange this is an enjoyable orange to write with. it behaves well on college lined paper, is not water proof, and offers some nice shading. this ink is just a touch duller then Caran D'ache saffron. it also does not have the drastic color change of light orange to reddish orange that saffron offers. this ink shades a light orange to dark orange. very nice color, but can be hard to read pages of notes at times. good ink for those " one of those days"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent orange. I don't use a lot of orange, but I like to keep it around. This one survived my sunshine test (I put a sample in a south facing southern CA window for 2 weeks) with some fading. It has the most beautiful shading that really does make it resemble fire, and I have yet to see it feather. I don't know about water resistance, but its other properties make it worthwhile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bright Citrus Orange The ink is appropriately named - it does blaze off of the paper. Bright for me, but very beautiful too. Nice for the fall. Some shading but less compared to something like Noodler's Apache Sunset. Blaze Orange is much more of a Clementine orange rather than the duller brow/red of Apache Sunset.
