Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such a bright green! This is by far the brightest green I own, and possibly have seen, but it is still highly legible and I am actually reading notes taken in this colour right now. It is a gorgeous colour, a bit low on the shading element, but otherwise divine if you really enjoy highly saturated colour. I do not know about waterproofness because that is not something my writing is tested with on a regular basis. Nor can I comment much on drying time because quick drying ink is not necessary in my daily writing experience (I also smudge everything, regardless of drying time so...). Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for high saturation combined with high legibility.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Diamine Apple Glory I am somewhat new to the world of different colors of fountain pen inks, after 45 years of being a "black and blue" man. The Apple Glory was a small disappointment because it is a lighter green than I expected. I am not saying anything negative about the ink, no, no, no. It is just that I did not do enough study of the color before ordering it. In some of my pens, it does seem darker, while in others it seems lighter. I guess it has something to do with the nib of the pen. Again, I am not talking ugly about the ink. I just made a small mistake by ordering that shade of green. Goulet Pen Company will be my "go to" company when I order more ink.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful bright green ink I've used several of Diamine's inks, and every single one has been great. This one is no different: it's a smooth, wet ink, very easy to clean, and very little to no feathering or bleedthrough on all but the lowest-quality of papers (even then, it's not terrible). The colour is very bright, though it's not too much of a nuisance to read a whole page of it, like some pale greens can be. Good shading on Clairfontaine and Rhodia paper, and it has an interesting property I've seen in some other Diamine inks (most notably Steel Blue), where if it's written using a very wet pen (such as a flex), ink gathers at the edges of the line to make a dark outline when dry. Another great ink from a great brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made me giddy this is the brightest shade of green i could ever envision myself using short of a highlighter ink. its slightly on the dry side in my Waterman Hemisphere F but nothing a drop or two of water to every converter-ful won't fix. all in all i love it =D

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun color A perfect match to Lamy Limited Edition Apple Green. It is very bright on white paper, so not sure yet how I would use it. However, on cream-colored paper, it becomes a jewel-toned mid-range green with great shine and character. I think I may need to get a whole bottle and have some fun with it! Could be used for annotating documents, as you would use highlighter ink. Probably not appropriate for business communication, but adds great pop to a personalized note.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Glorious Green! This is the first bottle of ink I have ever purchased. It was based in swatches I saw on Instagram, namely Alex Ross's (current top 5). I fell in love with the vibrant color. I didn't even buy a sample to try first! The green is just what expected. Not too dark and not too light. I used it as an eye dropper in my Nooder's Ahab Flex. The ink doesn't dry as fast I had hoped, when writing in my Midori insert. I haven't tested it in a fine nib, but I'm sure it will dry a bit faster. Overall, I'm pleased with my first bottle of ink and it will be in regular rotation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glowing Colour This ink is smooth, non-clogging, and it absolutely glows. It is not a neon colour by any means, nor is it a jewel tone. It has a brightness that is sort of luminous. The colour is very clear. The "Apple Glory" is an excellent match for the new Lamy Safari Fountain Pen in "Apple Green" the limited edition colour for 2012. Goulet Pen Company is to be commended for their outstanding selection of colours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Green of Springtime This is that fresh green of Springtime, one that is different from the forest greens I already had. It works great in a Waterman, Lamy Safari, and I just filled a Lamy All Star with it also. On Clairefontaine paper, it is a smooth write, no feathering. I use medium point on most of my pens, and it is easy to read on white paper. Anxious to try it on pastel paper. As usual, shipping was swift and packaging superb !
