A lot smaller than I was expecting for the price. I was expecting at least a 5x8, but it’s approximately 2.75x4 inches! Absolutely tiny. At this size the quality of the paper simply doesn’t matter, it’s so cramped to write on you’d STRUGGLE to get a proper angle for a fountain pen, so pens that don’t work differently based on the paper are the only ones that you’ll be using.

Works really well with my fountain pens, and is a nice tidy size to put in a shirt pocket. Carry one every time I am at work.

This note pad fits inside my cellphone / credit card case like it was made for it. This way I always have a pad of paper to leave a note, etc. I've had no problems with feathering or bleed through.

These notebooks are easily able to fit in any pockets I have, and look quite lovely as well. The paper is quite smooth. Not quite 'coated' smooth like Rhodia and similar, but it is smooth as far as raw paper goes. I used a extra-fine, fine, and medium nib on the paper. I didn't get any feathering, but with the medium, there was some bleedthrough and ghosting, but with the paper being so thin, I can excuse it, as it allows for the notebook to be quite thin. Sticking to fine and extra-fine with this notebook is a good choice, if you want to use both sides of the page.
