Recognized and beloved across the globe for their innovations within the pen industry since 1898, the Conklin Pen Company® is proud to advertise the latest addition to their extensive catalog. Introducing, the Coronet™ collection, a minimalist and modern fountain featuring solid colors with a high gloss finish.
The Coronet™ collection is hand made from bars of stainless steel and solid brass, dipped in vibrant lacquer and is undoubtedly as resilient and strong as it is beautiful. Featuring a nearly flat top design and slim body, each pen is hand assembled and paired with silver accents as well as a classic L-shaped Conklin clip. Mid weight, and substantially sized yet not overly large, this pen is sure to please when in hand.
Due to the lacquering process, each Coronet™ pen boasts a high gloss finish. This true black pen comes with a standard international converter and an ink cartridge.
The Conklin Coronet is offered with your choice of a reliable, smooth-writing German made JoWo #6 silver steel nib in extra-fine, fine, medium, broad, or 1.1mm stub, or the new JoWo Omniflex flexible silver steel nib for variation in line width.
Our note about the JoWo Omniflex nib: This flex nib will allow you to experience more bounce and softness than writing with conventional nibs. You can achieve some line variation with a little additional downward pressure, to a point. We recommend flexing the nib to about twice the line width that you would see without using any pressure. Please take care to avoid pressing too hard on the nib, as over-flexing could prevent the tines from returning fully to their original position and decrease or stop your ink flow.
The housing unit on the Conklin Coronet is glued into the grip and is unable to be swapped.
Each Conklin® pen is housed in a luxury gift box, the perfect gift for yourself or a loved one who also appreciates the finer things in life.
