Caran d'Ache Divine Pink (50ml Bottled Ink) is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not a straightforward pink This pink has a bold colour that really stands out, but also incorporates vaguely purple hues. On its own I find it of fairly limited use, albeit fun and far from useless (e.g. a nice alternative to reds for marking essays). This ink truly shines, however, when it is mixed with a tiny amount of black ink. The shading in the original is often drowned out by its loudness, but a bit of black transforms it into a beautifully subtle colour that shades very much like Noodler's Black Swans. (I used Lamy Black, 10 pink : 1 Black).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Less pink, more rose/red Bought a sample of Divine Pink really hoping for a rich, deep, red-leaning pink. Turns out this has a lot more red in it than it would appear- suppose I should have done my due diligence and consulted Google on this matter but thankfully I only invested in a sample. I also expected a much more saturated ink, which unfortunately it is not. It dried relatively quickly and as a lefty I had no issues with smudging. On the same note I did find this ink to be fairly dry. The shading with this ink is fantastic if you're writing with a bold or stub nib, so if you're looking for a rose ink with that purpose in mind, I would recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Divine Indeed I've had this ink for a month or so now and I really have come to love it. The deep pink color is mesmerizing. I would say it almost leans red, but not quite, definitely a rich dark fuchsia. The ink is fairly wet and well behaved. Drying times were moderate for me and not bothersome. In the end though these inks are a worse value than the Iroshizuku's. The bottle is better, but the Iro's have even better writing qualities. The ink is certainly expensive, but I think it is worth it for the unique color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth This ink feels unctuous. It seems wetter than Red Rattler Eel, which I had in the pen previously. It shades nicely in an italic nib (Plumix nib in a Metropolitan) and it works very well in a fine nib (Pilot Petit1 fine). I'm now scheming to buy a bottle. It is a good color for writing, quite dark and red without being in the fire-engine category. I like it for grading and haven't had complaints from students.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice ink, not pink. I almost wonder if I didn't get the right sample? This is a very deep burgundy, not pink at all - it has kind of a brownish hue to it. It's a lovely ink - just certainly not pink, which is what I was looking for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best inks yet I bought this ink as a sample for my wife. She had used half of the sample and declared it to be the best ink ever. The flow, color, saturation, and control sold her. I personally don't use pink or most Platinum pens (she uses nothing else) The darker shade of pink was wonderful and I could see why she had become so enamored with it that I must buy her a full bottle. Caran d'Ache Divine Pink is everything she wanted in a fountain pen ink. All of her work at the toy store is written in this ink, all of her managers notes are as well. If I found reason to use pink for a character in my stories, this would be the one inked up. She has a few other pinks but they sit in the dark caverns of my ink cellar like an old bottle of wine no one wants. The price may seem prohibital but it is a perfect example of getting what you pay for. I will be sure to add each color they offer, as finances permit, to my collection.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from More red than pink I found this ink to bleed through my Quo Vadis journal. With my Waterman medium nib, I had some stopping and starting issues. It was cleaned well before I inked it up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful This ink is super gorgeous! It's more of a dark pink but it is just gorgeous!
