Quo Vadis Habana - 4 x 6.375, Lined Paper, Black is rated 4.625 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love Goulet pen co., not a fan of habana Want to start out by saying all of the service I have received from the folks at Goulet pens have been amazing. The reason for the low rating is strictly based on the performance of the journal itself. Very first page of writing had very bad ghosting and bleed through (using monteverde artists crystal with med. nib and liberty's Elysium). Every other page I wrote on has been with a Lamy safari with a fine nib and a pilot metropolitan using various inks. Even with the finer nibs there has been ghosting and some minor bleed through. This will definitely be the first and last habana I purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I think this is the one I try lots of little notebooks, trying to find the one that feels good in my hand, lays flat, and offers an exceptional writing experience. I love the form factor of Moleskine, but that paper is just no good for my wet writing FPs. The Habana has great paper with a narrow line width (but not too), a convenient pocket at the back, a page marker, and a good elastic band to hold it all together. Not five stars because I would like perforated sheets, and I'm undecided about the thick covers--nice material and a bit of flexibility, but could be thinner and still get the job done. This will be a good choice for when I don't wish to carry a full-sized journal, but want something more than something in which to make quick notes (it's still Field Notes there). Thanks, Brian, for the thorough video review that convinced me to try one of these!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Notebook is sweet!!! I love the ivory pages and the minimal bleed with my fountain pens. I have a little bleeding with noodler's flex, but I expected that as the pen lays down a lot of ink.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feedback Brian and Rachel, Love the new Quo Vadis journal. Change to 85g paper doesn't seem to have any affect, and I don't have a problem with the narrower line spacing. Also like the buff paper color; it's easy on the eyes since it's less pron to veiling reflections in very bright light. Also like the new lines. They could even be less bold since they are only needed as a guide for laying down ink and not for reading it after written.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent! Much much better than my last journal, a Moleskine that had paper that fountain pen ink bled through like crazy. The ClaireFontaine paper of this notebook is excellent for fountain pens. Does not show through the paper virtually at all! Notebook lies nice and flat too when writing on a table which was a key factor for me in buying a journal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty Pink I really like the notebook. I had a similar one made by another company but the paper was not as good quality as the Quo Vadis habana. I keep my monthly accounts and important notes written down and it was time to transfer to a new notebook and this one is so nice. The construction is similar to the notebook I was using, but, much nicer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh, not what i was looking for I found that the ink from my FP's bled through a bit meaning that some pages become unusable, plus the paper isnt THAT smooth, on the other hand it is nice looking and well made. As the title suggests not rreally what i was looking for, still each to their own

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best notebook I've ever used This notebook has changed my fountainpenning life. I write fairly small, with EF nibs, and I often feel lost in the big lines provided by Rhodia and Clairefontaine notebooks. I love this tiny beauty, and I will be buying bigger sizes of the notebook very soon.
