Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've found my green ink. I've had this green for about three weeks now. I'm very pleased with the shade. I prefer deeper shades of green, but I wanted something that still had a lot of vibrancy. This ink fits the bill. It's also a pleasure to use. It behaves well in every pen I've tried it in. It has a reasonable dry time on most papers, and it doesn't seem to want to feather or bleed much. I use a variety of papers and risk writing with ink in book margins every now and then. This ink has worked well for that on a fine nib. On my Ahab this ink flows very well for flex writing, though I have to test it more to see if it's as good as, say, Liberty's Elysium for that purpose.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful color I have been using this ink in my TWSBI Vac-700 exclusively for a few months now. I love the color, the initial dry time is great but there is an underlying issue with the dry time. On my Rhodia Webby, the ink dries well on top but once the pages are pressed together (closing the book, etc.) it still manages to transfer to the other pages. This is exacerbated by writing on the other side of the next page. any pressure against the "dried" ink transfers to the blank page in between. I tested this by using a dry nib to eliminate the chances for bleed through causing it. All of that being said, it is still my current favorite green and I still use it daily. (enough to need a refill each night in my pen) The smell, flow, and saturation are top of the line. I still recommend this ink highly with that one caveat. It doesn't have this issue on cheaper paper like HP 24lb laser paper (likely due to absorption) I will be getting another bottle when it runs out but felt the very long secondary dry time was worth mentioning. I call it bleed-over but I am sure there is a different word for it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Noodler's Green Marine Ink A warm friendly holiday green. Think Christmas trees and wreaths. With a fine point it tends to be a brighter green but in a broad nib pen on the cheap paper we use at work it turns toward a darker shade of green to almost a green/black. It is a beautiful color in any shade. It is also nice to have a local pen company to go to for my supplies and while the Goulet Pen Company may not be local geographically they are my local pen company as they are closer (and much faster) than the office depot over in the next town. It is evident that all the people of the Goulet Pen Company love what they do as they do it so well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ink Beautiful, deeply saturated colour. As the original ink is so deep in colour - looks almost black on the paper - I added some water to it (1:6) to get a more distinguishable green on the paper. The shade is perfect to my taste! The only thing I miss is the water resistance. I am a newbie so excuse my unprofessional review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Noodler's Green Marine ink This particular Noodler's green has just the right amount of black in it. I like the dark deep color you can get with a medium and above NIB size. Maybe it's my old eyes, but with an extra fine NIB, and a dark color on white (inexpensive notebook) paper, the extra fine NIBs don't let me see alot of the color. Great value too for the ink, not the bottle. They really do come FULL, be careful. Like this Green though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Bright/Saturated Green! This is a fantastic bright/saturated Green ink. Per the specification, it's only 'partially' water resistant; it will 'run' when wet, but the text is still readable. There's little or no feathering with a fine dip pen nib on 100% cotton paper. The color is EXCELLENT. If you're looking for a "Christmas" green, this is definitely a good pick!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very impressed This is the first green I have tried in a fountain pen. No problems so far. (Lamy Safari) It dries to a nice rich green that does not feather and is very distinctive and bright. 5 stars. Also the shipping was fast and the packing excellent. I have ordered additional bottles of inks from Goulet. Their service and shipping are top notch.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Happy color! This is pretty rather than subtle. But very pretty. Four stars only because I had to dilute it with water (about 10%) in order to keep it from smearing after it's nominally dry. Now it behaves just like I want it to. When it's gone I'll probably replace it with Sequoiah Green, which I sampled but didn't try diluting.
