We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to serve our company and our customers by helping to maximize Brian Goulet’s (our CEO) effectiveness. You will work closely with Brian in keeping mission critical details of the business running smoothly.

  • Manage Brian’s calendar
    • Schedule (and re-schedule) meetings and appointments.
    • Keep Brian informed of upcoming commitments
  • Manage Brian’s email inbox
    • Organize, forward, and tag emails appropriately
    • Handle routine correspondence
    • Bring urgent items to Brian’s attention
  • Serve as gatekeeper for all incoming calls and mail directed to Brian
  • Help Brian prepare for meetings by outlining and organizing notes
    • Create and edit content for presentations
  • Record and organize dictated notes, thoughts, ideas, meeting minutes, etc.
    • Help Brian organize and outline thoughts for video reviews he shoots
    • Pull products from warehouse shelves and return them to proper location
    • Clean fountain pens
  • Organize Brian’s office
    • Process, organize and file papers
  • Gather, assemble and analyze information and prepare summary reports to help Brian make more informed decisions for various aspects of the business
  • Coordinate company-wide events such as meetings, lunches, parties, etc.
  • Run errands as necessary
  • Provide occasional administrative support and organization for leadership team
  • Coordinate with certain service providers
    • i.e. call Comcast when the internet goes down, arrange for delivery of new desks, follow-up with cleaning company, etc.
  • Provide diverse and advanced administrative duties and complete special projects for Brian
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itinerary
  • Office Management
    • Maintain proper levels of office supplies
    • Coordinate conference rooms and open offices schedules

  • 2-5 years experience providing administrative support to executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and flawless attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the Getting Things Done™ method of productivity
  • Thrives on bringing order to chaos.
  • Super flexible: is comfortable with priorities and schedules changing constantly
  • "Batteries included": self-starter, enjoys autonomy and researching solutions
  • Resourceful and able to deal with ambiguity: enjoys being given an end goal and the freedom to find how to get there
  • Is tech-savvy and enjoys researching and compiling information on apps and programs related to productivity and efficiency
  • Strong alignment with our company’s mission and values
  • Natural ability to multi-task and easily work around disruptions and interruptions

  • Comfortable working with a husband and wife executive team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Mac OS

This is a full-time, salaried position. Starting salary will range from $40,000-$45,000 based on experience. Benefits include paid vacation and holidays, health/dental insurance, and 401(k) with matching.
