| My order arrived but I have damaged or missing items - help! |

Please email us at orders@gouletpens.com for assistance. If your package was damaged in shipping, we'll send replacements (or, in rare circumstances, offer a credit/refund if a similar product is not available). If you're missing an item from your order, please let us know as well and we'll work with you to make it right. |

As long as it hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to help you with any order changes (adding more items, swapping things out, taking items out). Send us an email at orders@gouletpens.com for any order changes. |
| Has my order shipped? |

Click the "Order Status" link in the bottom of our site to check your order's status. You'll also receive an email from us when your order has shipped, which will include any applicable tracking information. |
| How do I track my order? |

You'll receive an email from us when your order has shipped, which will include any applicable tracking information. If you've misplaced this information, you may send an email to orders@gouletpens.com to inquire about the tracking information.
Not all shipping methods have full tracking. All domestic (U.S.) orders include full delivery confirmation, with signature confirmation available for an additional charge. For international orders, tracking will depend on the shipping method - Priority Mail only tracks within the U.S., while Express Mail has full tracking capabilities. |

Click the "Order Status" link in the bottom of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you received tracking information from us via email and it says your package was delivered, we recommend that you check with your local post office (or customs office) to see if they have additional information. You may also email us at orders@gouletpens.com for additional assistance. |
