Domestic Shipping (U.S. and its territories)

Oops! I gave you an incorrect shipping address.

If you realize that you gave us the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately - if it hasn't shipped yet, we should be able to correct it before it goes out the door.

If it has already shipped and ends up being returned to us, then you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping again to resend it to you. If your initial shipping was free, we will ask that you pay the normal shipping rates for the re-delivery (i.e. $5.95-7.95 for Priority Mail). If you decide to cancel your order, we'll refund you for the products less the original shipping charges. We'll reach out to you to coordinate your options before reshipping.

What is insurance and when do I need it?

We offer insurance for a small additional charge on all domestic (U.S.) orders. This covers your package in the event that it is lost/stolen, or damaged, so that we can replace it without any cost to you.

If you do not select insurance and your package is lost/stolen or damaged, you are accepting this risk. If it is lost or stolen, unfortunately there is not much we can do about it, although we may be willing to work with you to split the cost of a replacement package. But we do recommend insurance if you have high-value items and are concerned about the package arriving to you safely. All our packages include delivery confirmation at no additional charge.

What is signature confirmation and when do I need it?

We offer signature confirmation for an additional $2.05 on all domestic (U.S.) orders. This means your package will not be delivered without your signature. If you're not home, usually a notice is left for you to pick it up at your local post office.

We recommend this if you are concerned about packages being left unattended on your doorstep, as an extra guarantee that it will arrive safely and minimizes the risk of being stolen. In the case of a misdelivery, this option also allows you to see who signed for it.

How much is my shipping?

We ship all of our packages via USPS, with delivery confirmation included. Simply add the items you want into your cart, and you'll be given shipping options and prices.

For orders within the U.S. and its territories, we offer First-Class, Priority, and Express Mail. Here is an overview of each:

First-Class Mail is only available for lightweight packages (under 13oz including packaging) and may not be available if your total order weight exceeds the maximum allowed. It usually costs $3.50-5.00 and is based on the total weight of the order. First-Class Mail usually takes 1-5 business days to arrive.

Priority Mail is available for all types of packages. It ranges from $5.95 to $7.95, depending on your location. You can also add additional services such as signature confirmation (adds $2.05) or insurance (adds $1.00-8.00 depending on the order subtotal). Priority Mail usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive.

Express Mail is the fastest option if you need your package in a hurry! Express Mail usually takes 1 business day to arrive, and the cost starts around $30 and is based on the total order weight.

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. For the majority of our products, we aim to have your order out by the next business day. In times of high volume it may take 2-4 days, so if you're in a hurry, just let us know by emailing us.

After placing your order, you may click the "Order Status" link at the bottom of our site to track the status of your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has shipped.
