My favorite

I have tried several notebooks, but this one is my favorite. I love the paper, the build quality. I would prefer pure white paper, but it's only a minor gripe.

Great size
April 27, 2012
Reviewer: Rick Roberts from Winchester, TN United States
This notebook is the perfect size for keeping a journal or for just jotting down thoughts. It fits in my computer bag nicely and the paper is a great color for most inks and smooth as can be. I use my Pelikan 400nn EF with this notebook and while the nib is somewhat scratchy on most paper it as a smooth writing experience with the webbie.

Excellent Journal
March 2, 2012
Reviewer: P. H. Dublin from Houston, TX United States
Pens: Pelikan M215 Demonstrator Fine, Noodler Ahab Fine, Padrino Tech Medium
Inks: Diamine, Herbin, Noodler, Pelikan, Private Reserve, Waterman
This is my first Rhodia Webbie and I have to say that like many other people I am impressed. I've been a longtime Moleskine user with no issues (using 4001 and a M215 Extra Fine/Fine) but I decided to go with something more "substantial" for once.
Upon getting it, I was already impressed just from the feel and the heft to it. The paper is a huge difference from the Moleskine. After little consideration, I went to writing with it every day. For the longer entries, blotting paper is almost always required.
I've tried a small range of pens and a range of inks with the paper. There seems to be only extremes with this paper. Either they performed astonishingly well or there was echo, bleed through, and feathering.
Though I will forever carry a small Moleskine with me, for journaling purposes I'm sold on the Rhodia Webbie.

Great paper. Terrific for fountain pen, pencil or many other types of pens. Exquisite, rich feel to the cover. Elastic closure is nice & firm, gives confidence to the user.

my first, and likely not my last, "Webbie"
January 14, 2012
Reviewer: HitchensFan from Canastota, NY United States
The orange is attractive and not at all "construction-worky" as I had once feared. It takes some time getting used to writing on these pages, the lines are small which is good for some bad for others, and the thickness of the journal can provide some awkwardness to the endeavor (i slip a small paperback to the edge of mine where my wrist/upper arm lays to alleviate the problem through about 1/4 inch of elevation. Attractive, and from what I can tell, great quality paper. Will likely want another when this one's full. **** Would give a fifthstar if it were a few dollars cheaper. This is of course no fault of this company's, the going price here seems to be the average across the web for these webbies. I just can't imagine this journal actually costing 24 dollars to produce. At any rate, it's a good product and the hand written thank you at the bottom of the Goulet billing papers they send is always a pleasant touch. Four stars.

Great for a Jornal
December 14, 2011
Reviewer: Michael Roland from Ballwin, MO United States
I am using this as a daily Jornal. It is just the right size to carry around. The paper is great and is a joy to write on. I don't mind the off white paper but that may be a deal breaker for some.
Mine dosn't lay perfectly flat but I ususally write on my lap so that dosn't matter too much to me. I will probably try a Qou Vadis sometime to compair but it will be hard to beat the Webbie!
