Rhodia Webnotebook - 5.5 x 8.25, Dot Grid Paper - Orange is rated 4.7917 out of 5 by 48.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth paper allows for fast drying I was skeptical about this paper because of the quality. I had no doubt that it was one of the best qualities papers out there but with that I worried about how quickly ink would dry. I'm a lefty and have written on the paper with 3 different types of ink and have yet to have an issue with smearing. I do wish it came with some of the features that other cheaper journals do and I'd like to see it come in a little larger size. All that aside, I'd still buy this notebook again without thinking twice about it. Excellent service from the Goulets and Co. yet again. It's such a blessing dealing with fantastic people who value great customer service.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Underwhelmed I use the wirebound Clairefontaine multisubject graph notebooks which are a dream to write on and are my best performing notebooks. I also have a Rhodia dotpad, which is equally delightful to write on and features the wonderful dot grid ruling. So I thought I'd be getting the best of both with the Webnotebook, and in a nice sturdy binding. No such luck. The paper is smooth and does not feather, but it is too transparent and ghosts quite noticeably as a result under any ink that resembles black. I find it odd that the 90gsm paper would underperform my 5 dollar 80gsm dotpad, but it very much does. I can compensate by switching to a lighter ink, but it's annoying that I would need to. I'd rather have fewer pages and thicker paper if it means I can write on both sides without making an ink salad. I don't hate it, but at $25 I don't think I'd buy another one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from On Goulet What a fine company. Really. Their selection and rates are so very kind to the pocket, always dollars below the price the same product sells at a different store. I am also in love with my orange dotWebbie. Better than expected. Goulet threw in a nice bookmark and their business card with a kind note about the transaction. You don't find places like this around anymore, as in the whole package. Their products are fantastic and I don't anticipate buying my pens, inks and notebooks anywhere else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Bullet Journal/day-to-day use I've been using this Webnotebook for almost two months and it's been perfect for the Bullet Journal method. I carry it in my bag daily and though the orange covering has picked up a few stains, that's because of how regularly it gets used. The paper doesn't soak up ink right away, so it can transfer over to other pages; however, using a blotting sheet or card stock will help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A godsend for those who balk at lined paper.... ... but would still like a little guidance of some kind. The dots of Rhodia's dot grid are unobtrusive enough that they don't impede drawing, but have enough of a presence that they lend stability to your writing. It's a happy medium-- a welcome middle ground between lined and unlined.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect notebook I'm using this as a general notebook for jotting down ideas and reminders. The smooth, thick paper is very good for fast writing with no scratchiness or bleed. Ink does take a little longer to dry than I am used to, but I am keeping a cut piece of a manila envelope between the pages to act as a blotter which seems to help a lot. The dot pattern is excellent. It is much less obtrusive than lines or grids in my opinion. There is just enough visible to keep your writing level and consistent without distracting from the writing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Gold (Or Orange) Standard Simply the best! Excellent construction, the binding is perfect and the paper (dot-grid) is the best writing surface you can imagine. I adore the cover, it's textured just enough to be interesting without being at all gimmicky. Just a fantastic notebook, one I love carrying around and writing in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Husband loves it I bought this as a gift for my husband and he loves it. Here's what he has to say about it: It opens flat, the dots are a great guide without being intrusive, and the cover's texture has a great feel. My only suggested improvement would be if the pages were a shade or two whiter.
