Inexpensive Starter Pen December 18, 2012
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Milton, MA United States
Notes:
Tip wrote very thick and wet with the included ink (I'll probably get a smaller nib at some point)
While the converter was easy to fill, it does not fit snugly without the bottom of the pen screwed on, however it works as long as you're careful

Is this the same pen? September 10, 2012
Reviewer: Breck Breckenridge from Spokane, WA United States
I don't know anything about italic nibs except what I read in these reviews. They made it sound like a piece of cake to write with. I am finding it completely baffling to write with!  I wonder if we are talking about the same pen, the Pelikan 1.5 mm. italic, right?

Pen May 9, 2012
Reviewer: Laura Rucker from Shelby, NC United States
I wanted a inexpensive pen to start out with to see how I liked it.  I love this pen.  It makes me want to go all the way with fountain pens.  It is easy to work with and smooth.  Some pens I have had before tend to scratch but not this one.

Very good value March 22, 2012
Reviewer: Simon Chapman from Santa Cruz, California
In common with the fine nib Pelikano I bought at the same time, this pen writes nice and wet, enough for vivid ink colour, but dries quickly. It writes smoothly and not scratchy, so I could use it as a general use pen, which is exactly what I was looking for. I will probably order the 1.0 nib version to go with it.
