Dries quickly. Lovely color. Does feather significantly on low quality paper.

Great even on cheap papers October 17, 2014
Reviewer: Brent F. from Chicago, IL United States
I have this loaded into a Lamy CP1 with a steel extra fine nib (black)--works great!

Color (in practice) is very similar to Noodler's 54/Massachusetts (my daily driver in other pens), just a bit bluer when you really put a lot down.

I'm a law student and use this as my "textbook" pen/ink combo to make notes in casebooks, which tend to use very thin, crappy paper. This works well and dries very quickly on the page, but I can safely leave the CP1 uncapped while I'm reading and have no issues starting back up when I need to make a note. Dries quickly enough that I can make a note, uncap my highlighter and go over it without any noticeable pause.

I really like the Q'Ternity,it is such a wonderful cross between a gray and blue. The ink dries very quickly which is a great feature.  All and all a great ink.

Fast Blue-Black, Loves TWSBI VAC. July 9, 2014
Reviewer: Joel Wilson from Coalgate, OK United States
I got this, dabbed a dip pen into it, and my first impression was like many other people.  "Oh it feathers badly."  Then I found it's purpose.  If you have a pen with a extra fine or fine nib that runs dry, load it up with Q'Ternity.  This is a fantastic non-waterproof blue-black.  Just don't write with King Kong ham hands.  I dosed my TWSBI VAC700 (fine nib) with this ink and it writes perfectly with ZERO pressure on the pen.  Just what I was looking for.  Because it's non waterproof you can go over old text without that annoying drag.  I did a cross hatching test on some Rhodia and never ran into any feathering problems and no bleedthrough.  After about 4 layers I then mashed down and wrote a word through the hatch as hard as I could...no feather.  Just don't use a pen that likes to dump ink nor dip pens.
It's like a lightbulb went off.  Ding!  My TWSBI VAC700 has another Ink that likes it!
