3oz (90ml) bottle of Noodler's Bernanke Blue fountain pen ink. A quick-drying ink ideal for lefties or anyone who needs a fast drying ink. Dubbed "Fast dry for the Fed chairman", this ink's name is a humorous jab at how quickly the Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke has been printing money, that he must need a quick-drying ink for the dollar bills!

Almost great June 12, 2013
Reviewer: Srikanth K. from Maryland
This ink has beautiful color, as stated by other reviewers its serious enough but refreshingly  light. The quick-dry feature is also really neat and works well. The ink is very enthusiastic and I've found it is able to compensate for rather dry nibs and feeds.

Unfortunately, the bleed through and feathering can be real problem, especially if you're like me and wanted a note-taking ink for school. Darn shame really.

nice April 8, 2013

This is a stately blue shade with a touch of lightheartedness, and is not dark enough to be too serious, and not light enough to be too comical. Never had a problem with smudging or drying or anything.

Is it wrong to love an ink? February 13, 2013
Reviewer: Todd Crane from West Milford, NJ United States
I love everything about this ink.  It's a professional, yet happy looking blue.  Dark enough to be taken seriously, but light enough to be pleasing to the eye.  It dries nearly as fast as a quick drying gel ink but, when combined with a medium or wider nib, is much more expressive.  I first put it in my TWSBI Mini with a fine nib and while it was perfectly fine, I found I enjoyed it all the more when I swapped the medium nib into my Mini workhorse.  It doesn't have the shading of some other inks, but it is an all-around fantastic ink.  I haven't done so yet, but it's very likely that a bottle purchase is in my future.  Stop reading.  Order a sample....now!

Bernanke Blue February 4, 2013

Not what I had hoped for. Not fade resistant and the density of black is lacking.

Bernke Blue January 25, 2013
Reviewer: Powell Way from near Silverstreet, SC
It's  a nice bright blue and dries fast, but it feathers on almost all paper. It immediately went through the Rhodia and Clairefontaine paper so it could only be used on 1 side. I have it in a FINE point Eversharp and it's OK in that pen. A medium point is a problem with feathering
