I've had this ink for a month or so now and I really have come to love it. The deep pink color is mesmerizing. I would say it almost leans red, but not quite, definitely a rich dark fuchsia. The ink is fairly wet and well behaved. Drying times were moderate for me and not bothersome. In the end though these inks are a worse value than the Iroshizuku's. The bottle is better, but the Iro's have even better writing qualities. The ink is certainly expensive, but I think it is worth it for the unique color.

Not a straightforward pink
March 21, 2014
This pink has a bold colour that really stands out, but also incorporates vaguely purple hues. On its own I find it of fairly limited use, albeit fun and far from useless (e.g. a nice alternative to reds for marking essays). This ink truly shines, however, when it is mixed with a tiny amount of black ink. The shading in the original is often drowned out by its loudness, but a bit of black transforms it into a beautifully subtle colour that shades very much like Noodler's Black Swans. (I used Lamy Black, 10 pink : 1 Black).
