We ship all of our packages through the United States Postal Service (USPS). WeÍve found their rates to be the best value.

Shipping within the US: First-Class Mail is available for very lightweight packages (several ounces) and may not be available if your total order weight exceeds the maximum allowed. Cost is usually $3-5, depending on the total order weight, and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
Priority Mail is used for the majority of our packages and usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive. We charge a flat rate of $5.95-$7.95, depending on your location. You can also add additional services such as insurance and signature confirmation. We also offer FREE Priority shipping for APO addresses.
Express Mail is essentially ïnext-business dayÍ delivery and helpful when youÍre in a hurry. Overall cost usually starts around $30 and increases based on the total order weight and your location.
We include free delivery confirmation in all packages; youÍll receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping outside the U.S.: First-Class Mail is available for lightweight packages (under several pounds) up to $300 in value and may not be available if your total order weight exceeds the maximum allowed. The cost varies _ it usually starts around $7-10 and depends on the total order weight and your country. This is the cheapest option, but can take up to several weeks to arrive and tracking isnÍt available.
Priority Mail is available for any weight of package, up to $300 in value. This has some limited tracking and usually takes about 1-3 weeks to arrive. Cost usually starts around $30 and is based on the total order weight and your country.
Express Mail is used for any package over $300 or for anyone wishing to receive their package in under a week. Cost usually starts around $40 and is based on the total order weight and your country. While the most expensive, we recommend this option as it offers full tracking and is the most reliable.

Please note that the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes on the received products, regardless of the shipping method. We donÍt unlawfully mark packages as gifts, and weÍre not willing to lie about the value on the package. All contents will be stated on the outside of the package as part of the customs form. Please refer to your country's regulations for additional information on customs.

orders@gouletpens.com to initiate a return. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your package to be eligible for any kind of refund or exchange. Original shipping charges wonÍt be reimbursed.
To receive a full refund of the original purchase price, the product must be received to us in new, unused, and re-sellable condition, and must include all original packaging.
If you have used a pen and still want to return it, thatÍs no problem _ weÍll assess the condition upon receipt to determine how much of a credit we can offer to you. Please flush out the pen prior to shipping it back to us (trust us, receiving a pen full of ink can be very messy!), and be sure to pack the pen well to avoid any damage in transit.
WeÍre really sorry, but no refunds/exchanges can be issued for any used bottled ink, ink cartridges, ink samples, sealing wax sticks, or written-in notebooks or stationery. You may want to consider selling or trading your used items on forums like the Fountain Pen Network.
We also canÍt accept returns for any of our Closeout or Bottom Shelf items.
For our U.S. customers:If youÍre returning something because of our mistake (we sent the wrong thing, or the item was defective or damaged), then weÍll refund you or exchange it and send you a prepaid shipping label for the returned item. If you want to return the item for any other reason, then youÍll be responsible for paying the return shipping to our warehouse.
For our international customers:Unfortunately, we canÍt provide reimbursement for any return shipping outside the U.S. If we messed up and you received a damaged/defective product, then of course we will work with you to apply an appropriate refund or credit. Just let us know!
